If you haven’t voted in the previous two elections—or if you’ve never voted before—you must register to vote. You can get the voter registration form from the State Office of Elections here. Just print the form, fill it out, and send it to the Office of the City Clerk, 530 S. King Street, Room 100, Honolulu, HI 96813. You may also call the Office of Elections at 808-453-8683, or the City Clerk at 808-768-3800.
July 12th is the last day to register to vote in the primary.
October 8th is the last day to register to vote in the general election.
Absentee Ballot applications are due by October 30th.
